I was trying to install dependencies for texinfo when I received this
error. The following is my information:

1) release:  Ubuntu 14.04.3 LTS
2) install-info package version - 5.2.0.dfsg.1-2
3) I expected it to install without error
4) I received the error, "package install-info 5.2.0.dfsg.1-2 failed to 
install/upgrade: subprocess installed post-installation script returned error 
exit status 2"
