Still the same with released 15.10. I think this is critical, because it breaks other packages.
It's quite clear that this bug comes from runit not working with systemd, and I don't know what can be done to make it cooperate (or if this is possible at all) - but how could it be released in the first place in such condition if systemd is the default? Going back to upstart is not really an option.
