The description above quite accurately describes the behavior I am experiencing on my handset (BQ 4.5), both before and after upgrading to OTA-7. The only difference I experience is that the time before the contact names are displayed can be twice what is mentioned on occasions. (My address book has approximately 1000 entries.)
