@Rodrigo : I don't remember now maybe I've got it after I manually adding it to Launcher (drag&drop a .desktop file), anyway one can simply copy "/usr/share/applications/org.gnome.Nautilus.desktop" to "~/.local/share/applications/files.desktop" and add it to Launcher after getting rid of the original Launcher icon (i.e. Unlock from Launcher).
