@bademux: indeed, but it seems that the amount of broken apps is too large to be at a acceptable default experience, so we back it off from previous release. However, are a user, you can still export this variable (jayatana is kept being installed), and any help is welcome meanwhile in fixing those broken apps or ensuring openjdk/oracle java exports this message in a way that won't break script.
