I would have expected these strings to come from glib. But "July" seems
to be uncapitalized as "julho" in glib20.

But then, "Wednesday" is translated in glib20 not as "quarta-feira", but
as "4ยช feira", so I guess indicator-datetime is getting these strings
from somewhere else.

A site search <https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=quarta-
feira+site%3Atranslations.launchpad.net> reveals a few other projects
with capitalized weekday names, but none that indicator-datetime would
be using.
