There is a new firmware version 3.25.0.0 for this hardware in Ubuntu
14.04.3 "Trusty Tahr" LTS.
Official support for Ubuntu 11.10 "Oneiric Ocelot" has ended. If this
problem still occurs in Ubuntu 15.04 "Vivid Vervet" please run ubuntu-
bug to file a new bug report so that we can get a fresh set of log files
and system info.
