Public bug reported:
to reproduce run in lxterminal in two seperate tabs man lxterminal less
/usr/share/common-licenses-GPL And note they refer to different version
of the GPL.

I expected the versions of the gpl to be consistent instead I get a version
discrpency in the filed shown in the manpage but the similar file woudl be
/usr/share/common-licenses/GPL-2 . I get the same result for man lxpanelctl.
