----I CLOSED ALL APPS, NOTHING IN THE TASK SWITCHER---- After getting home I still have the bug, I enabled and disabled WiFi a couple of times, the problem comes back every time WiFi is enabled. The frequency, however, is different: I get 3-4secs freezes every 2 mins, which awe says is likely the WiFi scanning interval.
