The rebuild of oxide made via the CI infrastructure was re-tested and
approved by QA. It allows Oxide to connect to MediaHub to dispatch
streams. This will be in OTA-6 finally.

There is an issue with MediaHub not accepting HTTPS streams (which is
unfortunately what Mixcloud and Soundcloud use): this is addressed in
https://code.launchpad.net/~dbarth/media-hub/fix-allowed-uri-
scheme/+merge/268343 which is available for testing/landing in silo 21
at this point.
