This has happened at least three times, so I'll mention it here. After k3b appears to write a Blu-ray DVD successfully-- 99.98% done, estimate finish Mon Aug 17 18:35:05 2015 99.99% done, estimate finish Mon Aug 17 18:35:05 2015 === last message repeated 2 times. === 100.00% done, estimate finish Mon Aug 17 18:35:05 2015 Total translation table size: 0 Total rockridge attributes bytes: 4061088 Total directory bytes: 10989918 Path table size(bytes): 49546 Max brk space used 1e41000 9289783 extents written (18144 MB) --the k3b GUI announces "Fatal error during recording: input output error". The progress bar indicate 99% complete. However, the debug output shown above indicates the write is complete, and there's no console error output.
