I haven't been able to reproduce it. I was hoping that the backtrace would be sufficient, but I'm not having a good time with backtraces at the moment. If the failed backtrace is insufficient for debugging purposes, I doubt I can provide any further useful info. Feel free to close or leave as incomplete or whatever.
