I believe this has been discussed in the forums... people are claiming
that it works if they set up links in the /usr/share/tomcat5.5 directory
for webapps to point to /var/lib/webapps5.5
As this is a setup problem and not a bug within tomcat, I'd like to mark
this as invalid... it's an Eclipse issue, and they should probably
support the ubuntu tomcat setup.
