sorry, but since we 100% rely on the android lowmemorykiller for app
management, we kind of are bound to what the android container considers
best for the HW (unless we know better i guess) ... all our devices have
zram hardcoded in their android init.rc currently. while we use a 32k
swapfile during boot to prevent the kernel from doing bad stuff on low
end devices like krillin, it is swapped off and we switch to zram during
boot.
