I also suffer from this with a thinkpad t60 and ATI 1400. I really need the suspend-function working, so i started using only mesa-driver without fglrx ,3d-rendering and a lot of graphic problems....
I really would aprecciate, if there could be any information, what ATI will do about this...and when? what did they answered you about your questions?
