Please note that the reason for wanting a team subscriber in the first
place is so that we can identify who's responsible for the package via
<http://reqorts.qa.ubuntu.com/reports/m-r-package-team-mapping.html>
(and pages derived from this data).  If the subscribing team for this is
going to be mir-team, could the ubuntu-mir team (heh) please coordinate
this with Brian Murray?
