I believe this might be fixed by this change:
kwallet-kf5 (5.10.0-0ubuntu2) wily; urgency=medium
* libkf5wallet-data Breaks/Replaces libkf5wallet5 (<< 5.10)
With 5.10.0-0ubuntu2, I was able to install libkf5wallet and
libkf5wallet-data without problems. Could you try upgrading and see
whether this solves the problem?
