https://lists.debian.org/debian-devel/2015/07/msg00221.html dgit server side support in Debian is going away soon for client older than 0.30, thus we either need to do an SRU "removal" (replacement with dummy packages) of dgit, or upgrade to 0.30 via SRU in stable releases. I'm happy to prepare SRUs and check how feasible it is to do SRU of 0.30.
