My proposed solution would work. Unfortunately glib developers have not
responded to my last comments (I have feeling that they have not read them,
if they had then at least they could add comment that proposed solution is
not going to be accepted in any way).

We either need per-session defaults in gsettings, or add a workaround

Even after that, to have a working compiz session, we'll need my branch

Is not this problem with only alt+tab? Does it break whole session?
