Public bug reported:
I had to install cmake manually after my fresh Ubuntu SDK install told
me it could not find cmake. In my opinion, it should automatically be
installed with the Ubuntu SDK as many apps and a lot of the templates
depend on it.
(This might also apply to qmake. I haven't checked this yet.)
