Public bug reported: When you visit a login page for which you have saved the password, the browser does not auto fill the password. You have to enter it again. Once you have entered it, Chromium asks you to save it (even though it has been saved a thousand times before). When you choose to save it, Ubuntu asks you to unlock the keychain. After you unlock it, you don't have to manually enter saved passwords in the current session.
This is extremely stupid and inconvenient - what's the point of saving passwords when you have to always enter it again plus enter the keychain password to log into accounts? Instead of not entering any password - you have to enter two passwords! Other browsers, like Firefox, don't work this way. Please remove the keychain unlock all together or trigger the unlock dialogue prior account password entry or on browser startup.
