I was upgrading to Wily when this error appeared. I was using do- release-upgrade -d in the terminal, and this error didn't appear to hault the upgrade, everything appears to be fine, but I haven't restarted yet. I should note that this is a Surface Pro 3 i5 256GB 8GB RAM. (if that happens to be important)
