yaah, the touchpad not working on Windows was kind of my bad... It was simply disabled and I could enable it with the function-keys on my keyboard lol. Didn't have that key on my old laptop so I didn't even know it existed until I did some further research. But it's still not working with Ubuntu, unfortunately.
