More info on my case: 1. CPU usage by kwin_x11 is 0.0% and doesn't go up when I'm pressing Alt+Tab or move the mouse pointer. 2. Alt+Shift+F12 does nothing. 3. There are no .lock files in ~/.cache/ (checked with "find | grep lock")
