Public bug reported: Some websites trigger a dialog asking if I'd like to install the (presumably HTML5) application to make it faster in the future. The responses permitted are yes and don't remind me again. I don't think the choice is binary. I'd expect yes and no as choices with a checkbox "do this every time in the future for this site" with a note about how to fix bad choices.
Many sites change enough that this feature gets triggered relatively often, which surely leads users to take the action that causes the dialog box not to appear. Indeed, related, I'm not sure we explain very well to users why they should or shouldn't care about this dialog box. On what basis should a non-expert user reply in a given way?
