Public bug reported:

I've updated my Kubuntu from 14.10(?) to 15.04 lately. The transition to KDE4
went really smooth. Great respect to all devs who made this possible.
I've found just one problem. After the update, the wine menu is no longer
present in the application launcher. I'm also unable to create one on top level
with the menu editor. All wine programs are now listed in the "Lost & Found"
menu.

The wine program shortcuts are located here on my hard disk:
~/.config/menus/applications-merged/

If I search for "wine", there appears also an icon titled "run wine" but
I haven't been able to locate it in the menus so far.
