Thanks Thomas for the review! I cleaned up the three issues you mentioned. Out of interest, do you plan to keep /etc/resolvconf/run in Debian? To me this has always appeared to be a transitional thing in Debian, as going through that indirection is a bit confusing and also cluttering of /etc.
+ - debian/postinst: Make /etc/resolv.conf a relative symlink so that it + works when setting up chroots.
