Hi Alex, I just check the rfkill list command output on this system, there is only one wlan device there, and blocking / unblocking won't change the LED status.
However, I found one more interesting thing is that after changing the WIFI module form Ralink corp. RT3290 Wireless 802.11n 1T/1R PCIe [1814:3290] to an Intel one, the LED works as expected. Therefore I think this issue might be caused by the not-fully working Ralink wireless card, which works with the wireless function, but its Bluetooth is not supported (RT3290 Bluetooth [1814:3298]) Please feel free to mark this bug as Invalid.
