I guess it is btrfs problem, probably some damage to the fs, and then the 
bootup scripts cant mount it.
Why a live cd can mount the btrfs fs with no problems i'm not sure.

I will be looking for a way to get shell access during the initramfs
stage, not sure how as i don't get any prompt.

Ok. "Append break=mount to your kernel line.", i will try this with the
next power failure, we get them weekly.
