Binary package hint: compiz
After upgrading from feisty to gutsy (2007-09-21) from repositories
after tribe 6 release, activating desktop effects works but a white
frame around gnome panels appear, about 10 pixel wide. The stays over
the background or any window. The frame is not there after deactivating
desktop effects.
