Public bug reported:

Hi,

trying to install from live USB 14.04 (15.05 seems broken) on a acer aspire
nitro V notebook, in parallel with windows 8. partitions root, swap, and an
additional /boot:efi FAT32. ESP lock was detected, I had some fun with
boot-repair, but finally worked somehow using several boot-hops. Then 14.04
seemed broken, so try a new installation in /root partition. left it overnight,
computer woke up correctly. now Install seems broken, quite likely boot loader
problems.
I m trying boot-repair again. Thanks !

Michael
