Public bug reported: Hello, i am unable to boot Ubuntu MATE 15.04 "Vivid" with following messages during boot:

Starting version 219 Also to note that Ubuntu MATE 14.10 was also unable to boot but it didn't showed any messages at all, and even hard disk stopped working. 14.04 LTS is working fine, so I think it is kernel issue.
