Now here is the same thing, again but where it is set to display on both screens (DEFAULT)
on the external monitor (left) you can see that the browser is UNDER the lancher bar AND if you also look you can see the top of the browser is missing as well it is UNDER the top system bar", this was ALSO not in 14.04 but was also in 14.10 and also here in 15.04 (i dont remember how it fixed it but apparently this was wiped when i reset compiz). So i must have changed something else i forgot.
