Public bug reported:
APBS plugin shipped with PyMOL returns the error "cannot use geometry
manager pack inside " when launched. This error has been fixed upstream
(http://sourceforge.net/p/pymol/mailman/message/33300378/) and also here
(https://github.com/Pymol-Scripts/Pymol-script-
repo/blob/master/plugins/apbsplugin.py).
It seems that somehow the version of APBS plugin shipped by default with
Ubuntu contains the non-modified plugin
I am using Ubuntu 15.04 and PyMOL 1.7.2.1-1
