Public bug reported:
I find that when executing "apport-bug <packagename>" ("<packagename>" replaced
by the name of the package which you are reporting the bug against) that after
getting half way through uploading the information, it crashes, and I am forced
to force quit the process, and upon exit I am given this Python error message:
