Public bug reported:

Apper cannot be installed in ubuntu 15.04 vivid.

The binary package doesn't exist [1]
Even though the source pkg is present [2]
The debian package is allright. [3]

I cannot migrate to "muon".
It has poor "allow all or nothing" policykit integration.
