Guys I'm sorry, but it seems that bug is returned in the newest Ubuntu 15.04 final. I set Russian and English layouts while installing.
Now I can't use Alt+Shift in GNOME FlashBack session. Gnome-control-center shows this shortcut as "Shift+Alt+Next Group", but language is switched because of /etc/default/keyboard ( cat /etc/default/keyboard # KEYBOARD CONFIGURATION FILE # Consult the keyboard(5) manual page.
