Public bug reported:
As described at [1], the invoice package has a bug that makes it
impossible to use. The fix is to change line 152 of /usr/share/texlive
/texmf-dist/tex/latex/invoice/invoice.sty from "\input{fp}" to
"\RequirePackage{fp}".
