Tried VMWare (virtual) images of Ubuntu 15.04 Vivid Alpha2 (64 bit) and CentOS 7.1-1503 (64bit).
When pausing the machines (both) and resuming them the bug couldn't be reproduced (both cifs shares worked in about 12-15 seconds). When suspending CentOS the bug couldn't be reproduced (it works great - cifs is available in seconds). Unfortunately I can't test Ubuntu because suspend doesn't seem to work in VMWare. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1447632 Title: CIFS mount freezes after coming from suspend To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/cifs-utils/+bug/1447632/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
