Public bug reported: I am using Kubuntu daily build of 19th April and installed it and setup proxy in apt. So, when I do an apt-get update, it works. Everything is fine. But when I open Muon Software center, it does not work for me. I click to open it, it does not open. The window border opens and inside that, the content of the screen below is shown. Even after waiting for so long, nothing happens. When I click to close it, the terminate application option shows up. I am using completely stock Kubuntu. I checked with fresh install, I checked after a dist-upgrade but it still does not work
