Public bug reported:

I have a bq Aquaris 4.5 (only 1 sim card used).
Instead of being alarmed for incoming calls by a defined ring tone (for
instance Latin), I get a beep-beep. Depending on the chosen alarm tone, I am
hearing the beep-beep + the ring tone (for instance Sam's Song).

I have found a bug, that sounds just like mine, but is supposed to have
been fixed in January : https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source
/telephony-service/+bug/1408103

OS: Ubuntu 14.10 (r21)
Ubuntu Image part: 20150410.1
Ubuntu build: Ubuntu Utopic Unicorn (development branch) - armhf
(20150410-232623)
Device Image part: 20150408-4f14058

I am not sure, if those issues are connected, but I also noticed, that I
am seeing the notification for incoming calls twice at the same time (I
will report a separate bug for this).

** Affects: dialer-app (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New

** Package changed: ubuntu => dialer-app (Ubuntu)
