I think I've found a solution: If you hover over the SSH port field, it will show you extra info on port format e. g. ":port" or "server:port". Since Remmina will create a SSH by default leading to localhost you have to set the target NX server to "localhost".
Basically apply same logic as if you were to create the tunnel by hand in a terminal.
