  storing thumbnails should be an option choosable by the user in the
 konqueror property sheet. Of course the data are readable by any
 administrator. The other thing is that a huge amount of storage is wasted.
 Therefore the storage should be limited by an option let's say for example
 5MB. Alternativly the user can create a tmpfs file system in the RAM
 and link .thumbnails to this place.
  Another thing is that any user data stored on the hd, which is not
 controlled by the user is security vulnerabilty where somebody can attack
 (see the discussion Bundestrojaner and Schäuble in Germany).
