Public bug reported:

I do the following to trigger the bug:
1.- Click on the Main Menu (apps launcher, xfce logo, whatever...)
2.- Start a drag n' drop action on any application, but without releasing the
mouse left button.
3.- Press ESC key like cancelling the drag n' drop action. Main menu closes.
Then I release mouse left button.
4.- Open the main menu again and move the mouse cursor over any application. It
seems last drag n' drop action is persistant.

It' my first bug report. If I did something wrong, please let me know
for future reference. Thank you in advance.
