The menus in Thunderbird are missing from the top bar of windows in
Thunderbird. See attached screen shot.
This bug may be related to Bug " #1439992 GIMP - Menus not displaying in
Title Bar of GIMP Windows in 15.04 " as the symptoms are very similar.
