Public bug reported:
show always (on the ui) copy/paste/cut/delete options when clicking the
mouse right button (like in firefox text box)
the problem is it sometimes exist and sometimes not, and the user have
no idea when it does or when it doesn't,
when it doesn't exist the user need to go to the menu bar or user
keyboard shortcuts to run the option
