Suspend shouldn't really interfere with this bug as once push gets the
sysstate cookie from powerd, that forces powerd to hold a wakelock
(blocking suspend).

If it would also be related to the suspend process, syslog would at
least show something (and from my original description the syslog is
showing the same symptom)
