I'm on Ubuntu 14.04.2 Trusty Tahr LTS MATE (official flavor from https ://ubuntu-mate.org/trusty/ - Ubuntu MATE 14.04.1 _Trusty Tahr_ - final i386 (20141111)).
With todays (2015-03-20) recent updates I missed Suspend button. But If I press hardware power button, the "Shut down this system now?" is opened. It is different than in Ubuntu 12.04.5.
