Public bug reported:

All the passwords are still saved in kwallet, however none of them work
[are used].

Connecting to previously saved VPN's, WiFi networks, and encrypted
volumes prompts for passwords.

If this is unavoidable, then I propose some strong warnings be added. I
have 244 network passwords [now basically useless], and about a dozen
encrypted volume passwords to re-enter.
