Public bug reported:

Just wanted to read in a new CD that was not at musicbrainz, and filled in the
titles. Then I started the uploading of the titles to musicbrainz - and the URL
went toan error page:
http://musicbrainz.org/cdtoc/attach?id=VT4VGpjwsoSDyzfn7kbIPt6THkA-&tracks=17&toc=1+17+229816+150+14297+30532+40623+55730+70093+80040+94835+107998+123633+134852+147895+161874+172781+187000+201075+219206

"Bad Gateway"

Seems that the API changed at musicbrainz.org - this should be reflected in
sound-juicer.
BTW: The downloading from musicbrainz (known CDs) seems to be ok.
Using Ubuntu 14.04 LTS.
